3. How the booking process works
The temple website allows devotees to view available sevas and pujas, read descriptions and prices, add services to the cart, select a date and time, and complete a booking.
For standard online bookings, payment is taken through SumUp. Once payment is successful, your booking is confirmed and confirmation emails may be sent to both you and the temple admin team.
For certain off-site pujas or services, payment may not be taken immediately. Instead, you may submit an availability request by selecting a preferred date and time. The temple admin team will review the request and confirm availability.
If the request is approved, you may receive an email with payment instructions or a payment link. Once payment is completed through SumUp, both you and the temple admin team may receive confirmation that the payment was successful and the booking is confirmed.

We use your name, contact details, booking details, selected seva or puja, date and time to process and manage your booking.
